Loyalty Practice was launched in 2008 as an independent strategic loyalty consultancy – that means we’re not tied to any platform or supplier.
We’re headed by Mark Runacus, Chief Strategy Officer of HS&P. The team is made up of consultants from a variety of disciplines, with experience in major brands covering retail, finance, travel and telecoms sectors.
We use proven proprietary tools to rapidly and effectively build loyalty programmes and plans.
